New meditation bells and a journaling feature
I'm happy to announce that two new features have been added to the latest version in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
New meditation bells that sound at the beginning and end of a timed meditation session.
Now you can choose from several different sounds to start and end your meditation session with, including different bells and Tibetan singing bowls. Many thanks to the talented Carlin, a Fully user, for generating many of the sounds!
A journaling feature so that you can note down your reflections and review them.
The habit of reflection strengthens your meditation practice. For example, after a meditation session, journaling about how your session went can help you appreciate meditation's effect on you and resolve to make improvements next time. Several Fully users have reached out in the past to request such a feature too.
Now, through Fully, you can write down reflective notes to yourself right after a meditation session, or at any time. You can also review your past notes to see how much progress you've made.
